SSL Is Enabled

We issue and attach an SSL certificate immediately, so your subdomain is encrypted (https://) before you ever log in.

We're formalising a regular backup schedule now. If you need a specific backup plan for your launch, ask us during onboarding and we'll set it up for your project.

Is my data isolated from other clients?

Yes. Every client runs on their own dedicated subdomain and application instance — your data is never mixed with another project's.

What happens if there's downtime?

We're adding automated monitoring so we catch issues immediately. Today, if you notice something's wrong, reach out directly — you'll be talking to the person who built your software, not a support queue.

Can I export my data if I ever leave?

Yes — your data is yours. Reach out and we'll provide an export in a standard format.

How do you handle security updates?

We apply security patches and updates to the platforms we host as they're released, and every subdomain runs behind SSL by default.

Who do I contact if something goes wrong?
