Terms and Conditions for ClevMind Technologies

Welcome to ClevMind Technologies. By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscriptions

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
• Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans. Details regarding pricing and benefits can be found on our website.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed [monthly, annually]. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle if opt for Monthly plan.  Yearly plan will have yearly re-occuring fee of the amount you agreed to pay while signing up for a Year Plan.
• Payment: Payment must be made through any of the online methods such as Credit card/Debit Card/NEFT and others. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the subscription fees or One time fee/year or month depending on the plan you choose.

3. Free Trials

• Trial Period: Some subscription plans may offer a free trial. The duration of the trial is specified at the time of sign-up.
• Automatic Billing: At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

• Data Retention
  • Upon the completion of your trial period, we retain your data for 90 days. This allows you to easily reactivate your account if you choose to subscribe later.
• Data Usage
  • During the trial period, your data will be used to provide the service, improve user experience, and for internal analytics. After the trial ends, your data will be used for the following purposes:
    • To assist with any inquiries or issues related to your account.
    • To send promotional materials or updates if you have opted in to receive them.
    • To comply with legal obligations or requests.
• Data Deletion
  • If you do not subscribe after the trial period, you can request the deletion of your data. We will delete your personal information upon request or after 90 days if you do not subscribe.

• Account Reactivation
  • If you decide to subscribe within 90 days after your trial ends, your data will be automatically reactivated, and you can pick up where you left off.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support at support@clevmind.com.

 

• Refund Policy
  

  a). Subscription Fees

  • All subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you agree to these charges.

  b). Refund Eligibility

  • Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel your subscription within the first 30days, you are eligible for a full refund of the most recent payment.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 30days, you will receive a full refund of the annual fee. Cancellations made after this period are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any payments already processed beyond the stated time frames.

  c). Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@clevmind.com with your account details and the reason for your request. Refund requests must be made within the eligibility period.

  d). Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.

  e). Exceptions

  • We do not provide refunds for any promotional offers, discounts, or free trials.
  • Refunds may not be issued if we suspect abuse of the refund policy or if multiple refunds have been requested.

  f). Changes to this Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

5. User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.

6. Content Ownership

• Intellectual Property: All content on https://www.clevmind.com, including text, graphics, and software, is the property of ClevMind Technologies and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• User-Generated Content: If you submit content to our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClevMind Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of  India, state of Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
